Aambriona provides bicycle component sourcing and supply services to business clients and fleet maintenance operators. This website is not a retail store.
Quotes & Orders
All pricing is provided through custom quotes following an RFQ. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote document. Orders are confirmed only upon written agreement and purchase order acceptance.
Special Orders & Returns
Products are specially sourced to meet each customer's confirmed requirements. All confirmed orders are final sale and returns are not accepted. Customers are responsible for reviewing part numbers, specifications, compatibility, quantities, shipping details, and other order requirements before approving a quote or purchase order.
Warranty, Defects & Delivery Claims
Manufacturer warranty applies where available and is subject to the applicable manufacturer's terms, review, and approval. Shipping damage, shortages, incorrect items, or suspected manufacturing defects must be reported promptly after delivery with the applicable PO or invoice reference, affected part numbers and quantities, and supporting photos. Eligible defective-product claims are reviewed through an RMA process and submitted to the manufacturer. Once approved by the manufacturer, Aambriona will coordinate a replacement. Normal wear, misuse, installation damage, or unauthorized modification is not covered.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aambriona’s liability is limited as set forth in your separate supply agreement. Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer until a quote is accepted.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any different terms stated in an accepted quote or separate written supply agreement.
