No. Aambriona is a B2B sourcing partner for bulk orders and fleet maintenance programs.

Who are your typical clients?

What is fleet maintenance supply?

Fleet maintenance programs focus on high-usage parts (brakes, tires, chains, cables, consumables), bulk planning, replacement sourcing by specification, and ongoing reorder support so operators minimize downtime.

How do I request pricing?

Use our MOQ / Bulk Inquiry form. List the brand, part name, part number, and quantity for each item. We provide custom bulk quotes.

Can you source custom parts?

Fleet programs often need non-standard or program-specific parts. We source custom components alongside standard Shimano, KMC, and FSA lines. Submit an RFQ with drawings, samples, or detailed specifications; we confirm feasibility and lead time in your quote.

What should I include in an RFQ?

Include your company and business details, plus the brand, part name, part number, and quantity for each item. You may also upload a BOM, specification sheet, drawing, or sample image and add compatibility, packaging, or program requirements. The more detail you provide, the faster we can quote accurately.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product and supplier. We will confirm MOQ and lead times when we review your RFQ. Fleet and ongoing programs may have different terms than one-time bulk orders.

What are typical lead times?

Lead times depend on product category, specification, and shipping destination. We provide estimated lead times with each custom quote. Urgent requirements can be noted on your RFQ.

What is your warranty and returns policy?

All orders are specially sourced to meet each customer's requirements and are final sale; returns are not accepted. Manufacturer warranty applies where available. Report shipping damage, shortages, or suspected defects promptly after delivery with your PO or invoice reference, affected part numbers and quantities, and supporting photos. Eligible defective-product claims are reviewed through our RMA process and submitted to the manufacturer. Once approved by the manufacturer, Aambriona will coordinate a replacement.

Do you source directly from manufacturers?

We source products through a combination of direct manufacturer relationships, authorized distributors, and established supply partners across Asia, depending on the product category, MOQ requirements, and client needs.

Which brands can you supply?

We can source many industry-leading brands including Shimano, KMC, FSA, Jagwire, Kenda, and others, depending on availability and project requirements. Brand names are used for identification and compatibility purposes only.

How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?

We aim to respond to RFQ submissions within 24–48 hours. Complex or multi-line requests may require additional time for supplier confirmation.
